" Prick and Bellend " i believed were the words he used tonight to describe Dexter, has Dexter ever insulted Sam in this way before? to his face or when he is talking about him to other people? because i don't think i have ever heard him say anything like that in fact he is pretty respectable towards Sam even when he is in a direct argument with him but Sam is just vulgar and rude
