Lets get this straight.....Dexter is not now nor has never been a gambler. He brought that story to boost his alter ego scenario. Secondly his lucky number thing is one of 4 things he has tried to wriggle out of what is simply a plain and easy issue. He guessed right, it backfired and he is trying to lie his way out. Simples.
