Gina: the difference in Sam and Dexter nomination
That week when both Dexter and Sam nommed Gina is that although she was oblivious, Dexter made it known he felt Gina was trying to turn hms against him, whereas Sam had a playful LF convo with Gina after nomming her afterwards as if nothing had happened.
