Yes he did the night the rest of the HM's entered the house.
He was trying to schmooze Hazel and failing miserably and when Micheal (actor) made a joke about not hurting her because she was Irish he spent the next 10 minutes banging on about how he has a g/f on the outside that he wants to make a go of, but that if he found a connection in the house blah blah blah... Michael was joking and kept saying this but Dexter went on and on and you could see Michael was creeped out as he kept backing away but Dexter went on and on about it. Hazel looked like she wanted the ground to open up so she could disappear.
