I think it's quite the opposite. Dexter and Callum have put Charlie in a really uncomfortable position where they tell her they 'love' her while knowing they could potentially be stuck in the same house as her for weeks and weeks. She's obviously not a rude person, she's not one to tell someone she doesn't like them at all, we saw Hazel push her to that. However, she does get attached. She's looking the bad one, Dexter is looking like the little boy who's confused with his life. Must be tough for her, however I don't see how she's affecting Dexter's chances, he's not the one doing the rejecting.
