Default Query about the 'excessive insulting of housemates' rule

I understand that while there's a lot of freedom to insult housemates (rightly so), that there's also a clause in the rule that says it can't be excessive or something like that?

So what I'm wondering is do these continuous really nasty and derogatory comments about housemates appearances count? I mean the odd joke is fine IMO, nothing wrong with having a laugh every so often, but this series I've found (especially in the last few weeks) that there really has been some truly disgusting comments made about the way housemates look, and these are just continually made post after post when a member is criticising them...and I find it quite childish, unnecessary and pathetic actually. Everyone knows full well the housemates I don't like but I don't insult the way they look, it's just not needed

So yeah, I'm just wondering if this counts as a rule break, or indeed if it could be made so that it counts? Like I said the odd joke seems fine but the incessant name calling and digs at the way certain housemates look is just really quite vile if you ask me.
