Some of the tweets were to specific for it just to be an automated response. I would imagine there's some sight of them by someone in the hotel's employ. Not unusual, many companies have employees maintaining an online presence nowadays.
Just responding automatically to anybody using the @ The May Fair Hotel with 'hope you enjoyed your stay' would open them up to a lot of very obvious fails.
