I believe the video evidence should actually form part of Daley's defence as it would show Hazel's activities and statements as well. I believe it would be very detrimental to the prosecution case, given the onus of proof is upon them, i.e.
they have to prove lack of consent. It is not 'beyond reasonable doubt' that there was no consent.
We shall have to agree to disagree.
