Well I decided to do it on launch night for two reasons...
1) They've never met the people, so their decision is basically like ours. We don't personally know the housemates, but we can know what's going on at all times.
2) They don't have the input from the public.
I'll post Week 2 tonight (which is uhmm...late for you guys. Probably 7:00 here, so 12:00 there)
