Feels like he tries too hard to be controversial all the time and seems more interested in getting a reaction than being actually funny.

It's made worse by the fact that when he says something 'outrageous', he has that self-satisfied look on his face, a bit like a toddler who has just pooed himself and thinks "I know it's wrong but i did it anyway, look how naughty i am!"
