Because she's trying to be one of and appeal to the young Chav brigade, it's not clever, it's not classy but it's the modern equivalent of being a punk / mod etc. rebellion is now about being classless and not caring what others think of you (though secretly caring and wanting approval of your peers who champion this behaviour). Just the current flavour of the month behaviour of young people who want to be "wild and crazy".
