Is she a Dr? Not sure, not seen BOTS yet. She did a swift turnaround then as on the main show she said she couldn't talk about how she met Sophie previously, obviously spilled the beans on BOTS, incredibly unprofessional and won't do her business any good, as her clients would expect any work they had done to be confidental. Sophie will probably sue her when she comes out.
