Chelsea are happy to loan Ba to Arsenal, but want a fee of £3m, apparently. Arsenal are only prepared to pay £1.5m, apparently. FFS. I'm so sick of Arsenal taking the p*ss with their transfer bids. Every one knows we've got the money, loads of money, more than all the premier league clubs combined (almost) so why the hell are we haggling over 1.5 mil?
