The more that comes out from this now discredited Govt as to it's heartless benefit reforms and treatment of particularly part time workers too,the more they will be more hated at the 2015 election.

Even the universal credit plans are being hammered now as too costly,(this lot have wasted absolutely loads of funds as to it's benefit reforms),an administrative nightmare and unfair, this Govt refuses to listen to the criticisms at its peril.

It may well be that Ed Miliband is not particularly liked as a leader or a future PM.
However what is happening still, is that voters will be voting in 2015 to get this shambles of a discrimatory and heartless Govt out and to do that there is only one alternative.
The policy outlined above in the op, is in no way surprising but it is yet another example of how unjust and unfair this rotten from the core coalition Govt is and how it is also getting worse.
