That goes against basic genetic structures, and she would have to have some mutated genetics, or a developmental disorder for that to happen. Again, an assertion that only a qualified specialist with access to her medical history could make. She obviously has health issues, but we really have no idea exactly what the extent of that is. Regarding her sexuality, she could very well just be gay and chooses to identify as a female as it makes the most 'sense' to her. It doesn't necessarily have to be because of a 'condition'.
