Pay them the full amount but not until after the programme has ended, in the meantime put their money total underneath their picture and every time they talk about Nom's or break the rules deduct some of their money (for real) . If they fail a task then take some of the money but if they do really well in a task then give them some more money.

Put them into teams all competing with each other and make the winners richer and the losers poorer.

I can see this being a really good way to sharpen their senses and get a lot more effort from CBB HM's.......!!!!
