I do actually see your point but think "hate" is a very strong word to label people with.
Just personally I wouldn't have used the word to start the thread.
On the other hand it's a phrase you hear in the real world.
If I say I hate melons I'm not on a hateful mission against Melons, I just don't like them at all.
My point is it's very easy to choose to take things at face value and overreact to them.
Perhaps it's something to bear in mind when judging Charlotte.
What worries me is whether she really means what she says.
For me, if it's a joke then you can just about put up with it.
If it's her real personality then it's bordering on disagraceful and a step too far IMO.

For me it does indeed boil down to dislike.
Charlotte herself shows a lot of those characteristics does she not ?
If you like her because she's entertaining etc then fair enough.
But let's not pretend the criticism is somehow grossly unfair or she isn't at least partly responsible for any potential outcry that might ensue.
For me, the fact she's young is no real excuse.
I would be very suprised if she hadn't at least considered if she's setting a very bad example indeed.
For now I will assume she cares about the money and nothing else.
Sure you can argue celebrities aren't there to be role models.
But while it's a matter of opinion you can also argue there are some lines people shouldn't or won't cross out of principle.
