On both occasions she mentioned deserving it - fact !
Not saying she's isn't grateful but even when she says "So I will keep this forever now" she doesn't sound particularly convincing. (at least if you compare her reaction to Louie's)

I don't get any of that when I watch it. Just Lauren acting appreciative, and telling everyone how nice it was for Abz to give her a gift.
