Fingerprint devices are too flawed to use as a locking mechanism.
If you want to unlock someone elses device just use a bag/condom of water and press it against the fingerprint reader. The last person that used the device has handily left their fingerprint on the button for you.

Plus why would anyone willingly submit their fingerprints to the NSA CIA CID MI5 or any other goverment agency that has already proved they cant be trusted not to abuse your privacy.

**** that. People object to invasions of privacy when it comes to the idea of being microchipped but they willingly carry these devices that are capable of tracking your every movement and gathering biometric data about you and your habits.
The power of marketing really brings out the stupid in people.
