It's all good, it ain't no thing. Easy-going Abz has left the Big Brother House ias the runner-up in second place.

His critics remarked that Abz was a little too quiet throughout his time and it's fair to say he spent a lot of it deep in contemplation while other more vocal HMs got on with moaning, gossiping and arguing. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

When not wowing housemates with his thoughts on quantum physics and the unconscious mind, Abz spent a lot of time with Dustin - the pair eventually dubbed "Dabz". They got into deep topics, came up with a tune or two and he also shared his contemplation schedule with our former Screech.

Abz also became quite close to Courtney, though the pair did seem to nominate one another quite a bit. Their conversations were often touching and they also shared a hobby of saving bugs from drowning in the pool. The lovely pair.

Early on, Sophie told Abz to come out of his shell but he was the proverbial still water running deep. He opened up whenever Big Brother ordered him to in a task, though he was always game when it came to disco-dancing or performing his band's hits for food.

He showed himself to be a sensitive soul, and a generous one at that, giving thoughtful gifts to his housemates. Truly, he is full of the milk of human kindness.

A calming, upbeat, positive presence in an otherwise wild and crazy House, thanks for the pleasant vibes Abz. 'If you're getting down' to Borehamwood any time soon, we'd love to see your face!
