It's actually Sugar himself who wanted more fame & hence the TV show, It's purely entertainment and not business, It's the contestants on the show that are the victims, why do you think ALL winners have left the job, none were happy with the job, and Good for Stella for having a voice for them! It was so obvious he didn't give two ****s after the show aired, he just got lucky that his lawyers were 15x better than hers, thats all.
All true but legally there is still no case to answer. He knew what he was doing but she didnt, so he must now pay her? No the law doesnt work like that.

You';re right, the only thing that Sugar in interested in is the show and the rating and his image etc. Much the same way that Simon Cowell doesnt give a sh*t about the contestants on his many shows. But at least all these reality tv judges are consistent. I still amazed when these contestants actually act like they have a career at the end of the show. No. After the show is over it is up to them to get themselves an agent and to reassess their opportunities.
