Yes she has her bad points then so do we all. She is human.
And she did NOT bully Sam...at all! Sam decided to stab Richard, Ash and Lea in the back by telling Ims and Lisa what they were supposed to have said...Grace confronted Lea and asked her and it turned out to be a big massive lie. Sam was caught out for his/her **** stirring.
Lea only went to town on Sam because she wanted to curry favour.
This has nothing to do with Grace so why she's being scapegoated is beyond me.
As for Susie- That was petty but she wasn't alone on it. Nikki was right with her.
Aisleyene reduced Lea to tears for no reason except for the fact she now was in the cooler group (the plastics)and that she was nominated.
