Don't get me wrong - I am not knocking anyone on benefits, who needs it. But it does annoy when people abuse the system.

The amount you can claim off benefits is ridiculously low for the people who actually need it - so as to why people scam in the first place...if they are earning money elsewhere (such as Jackiey, or as is more common working somewhere and not declaring it) then the benefit just provides extra cash. To some extent I'm sure that there are some people who feel that they have no choice but to scam the system, simply to earn enough money to survive. But in regard to Jackiey, this is clearly not the case.
