Well in that situation Vicky obviously something has to be done,I am talking about people who say they on a regular basis things like they have to starve to feed their kids and usually these people look as though they'de outlast us in a famine. |
Well the only way people get foodbank vouchers (now) is if their claim is not processed, they are sanctioned, or homeless. Even homelessness doesnt count sometimes
