The ones with people jumping to make it look like they are floating don't impress me much.
The mick jagger one is cheating a bit i think because it's still 2 separate photos.
I really like the trees with toxic waste one though, that's really cool how they matched up the line with the horizon. cool effect. Also the food one is really clever.
