I actually did see that. Or rather I didn't, because it certainly didn't come across to me that way - hence why I thought Ruth was referring to someting that I'd missed. It's all smoke and mirrors, anyway.

Well the comment about rather sticking her head in a bottle of rhino spit (or sperm?) rather than sleeping with Dirk was far worse than anything he said about her. Of course, it may be true that she feels that way, but actions speak louder than words, and her behaviour suggested that she fancied Dirk.
What was even more offensive were the comments she made about Dirk's son. I won't repeat the lot, but she wound up saying that he must have got all his good qualities from his mother. I thought that was rather cruel considering that she is well aware that the boys' mother walked out when they were very young, and Dirk brought them up himself. It was clearly meant as a dig - although she was very drunk at the time. Carole actually apologised for it either the next day or a few days down the line. Not that it's Carole's place to apologise for what Cleo said, but it was clear that she knew that it was out of order.
And yes - the Tiara incident was at least bordering on harassment. I'm quite sure there would have been cries of sexual harassment if Dirk had behaved that way with her, and carried on despite her asking him to stop and actually walking out of the room to get away from her.
As for Dirk's opinion of Danielle - I disagree with him on that. But I still think he was usually spot on about most of the characters in the house.
So Jackiey had her prayer mat out every morning? I didn't see that, although I did hear something about her being a Muslim. Whether or not she's a nice person is a totally different issue though.
Danielle's former headmaster has said that she hasn't actually got the qualifications she claims to have.
I strongly doubt Ian's Picassos are real. There's two Van Gogh's hanging up in our living room at the moment - not real obviously! They're not that expensive to get hold of.
