places like somalia is below 3rd world. probably dont, as they are in some sort of social, democratic, political nightmare.
But isn't Egypt outlawing people who speak out against so-called sheltered societies? Kareem being a prime example.

Edit: And about Bosnia... I agree with you. The west ignore deaths of thousands/millions of Muslims.
Edit2: I've also watched Al Jazeera in the past, before the Western media censored it from our TV's.
