What is he talking about, since when did you need a degree to work in a factory?
Years ago apprentices worked in industries with no qualifications successfully and competantly.... It stinks this, my thought is it has nothing to do with educational attainment and more to do with recruiting via employment agencies abroad to avoid paying NMW.
