The USA is as much of an aggressor as the Taliban or North Korea, in my opinion. The USA is just fortunate enough that it's an economic powerhouse with the ability to spend lots of money on its military and has enough alliances that the tide of world opinion has not turned on them for all of the things they have done to wrong global citizens. That's not a judgement of what's right and what's wrong, I do not believe the USA to be an inherently good or inherently evil country; it is what it is.
