That's a pretty stupid and unjust thing to say. Some of the 'chavs' are harmless and are 'just there' because they have nowhere else to be. I'm not saying i like them because the majority are horrid, vile people but there are others who are not doing much harm. Therefore, labelling 'chavs' as murderes is pathetic.
