Hi Kore - you have to go all the way up through the user ranks before we let you change your title - that means you have to make 500 posts and then we can change it to whatever you want it to be.
As for your avatar, you should be able to put any url into the relevant bit in your profile, if you are doing that correctly but its not working it maybe that the site you are trying to get it from has disabled remote linking - in other words they don't let anyone else use their images.
