Being paid for sex isn't just a case of "have money!" though, there's some sense of duty/obligation that comes with it; you're having to perform some kind of service in order to earn your money and if somebody is paying you for your company then it's going to have nothing in common with meeting someone you find attractive, having some kind of chemistry and taking it from there. You are having to be intimate with someone (sexually or emotionally) for money, but you don't feel anything towards that person.
I just couldn't do it, I don't have that ability to turn my emotions off. I've got respect for people who can, those are the same people who can make tough decisions without losing sleep over it.
