Well..the daily mail (whos figures will be exaggerated if anything) reckon only 40 families have 11 kids. 30 of these families are on income support too..which means they may well be in work. The other 10 are on disability benefits
There are millions of people on benefits. So the 0.0001% or whatever seems about right
