I really liked konnie, yes she made more gaffes than matt, lacked empathy.
However I liked the fact she was a bit snooty, and her intelligence did come through, and more importantly she was a woman of colour doing an entertainment show (do itv know British black and Asian people exist?) and not another yawn -worthy identikat blond female presenter eg flack, zoe ball, whitemore, willoughby, cotton, the bint who does strictly.
