As smudgie mentioned, the opportunities are there for men to enter the profession, they choose not to. I put that down to a lack of intelligent on their behalf, that is a conclusion I have come to based on your facts.
It seems just as reasonable as the conclusion you've come to.
Anyway how am I sexist or a hypocrite?
