I understand rules are rules, for all I care they can ban the guy until he is 13 or whatever, but the fact of the matter is, he is 10 years old and is being picked on by adults over the internet, kids are fragile and should be treated better, if he was 15 etc then I could see why (still wouldn't condone it) but the fact of the matter is he is 10 years old, he could do without this?
