it doesn't matter what i eat weight-wise as long as I stay under 1400 calories
If you eat 200 then your body will go into starvation mode and store fat or s/t like that which could actually make you fatter
by eating 1200-1400 calories everyday I should ideally lose about 1/2 pounds a week which is fine considering I don't need to lose that much weight
