She has already given the game away with some of her online antics but now pictures of her with bruises on her chest have set tongues wagging.
The heiress was snapped looking dishevelled with unexplained circular marks on her upper body at her birthday bash at a Las Vegas hotel.
It looks as if the 26- year-old has been in a scrap with a vacuum cleaner – or is trying a homeopathic treatment known as 'cupping'.
