Agree. Nicole has got a great voice and vocal range, but doesn't she just know it. She made last years final duets about her*. She will see her duet with Sam as battle and try to outsing her. She's competitive. For every high not Sam reached Nicole will sing an octave higher. Nicole does not play second fiddle to anyone, especially not a female in same age bracket.
I think Nicholas will be secretly pi $$ ed off with Shane Filan. Yes Shane picked him with Louis for live shows, but I get impression Nicholas deludedly sees himself as more "relevant", more Bruno Mars and less Joe McElderry. Realistically, no current pop star would duet with Nicholas. Shane is just grateful that he's getting exposure to 8m people to kick start his solo career.
