Having worked as a waitress at uni, I try my best not to piss off the waiting staff. I've taken a half-eaten steak, from a very unpleasant and difficult to please woman, back into the kitchen and told the chef that "they didn't order pepper sauce" (even though it was on the menu as steak served with pepper sauce), watched while the chef picked up the steak, licked the sauce off, slammed it back onto plate and gave it back to me. She didn't notice...
