LMAO! very true. I don't think kids of today have enough respect for teachers (most teachers arent worthy of respect though)so I dont think the cane would work, afterall they could just run out of the school, the teacher couldnt catch them, or stop them with the power of words, because the kids have no fear of adults anymore, or repercussions(mostly)
Sorry, but there are too many chavs having kids, they just send them out to play on the streets, because they dont have time for them, rather be boozing it up in the local pub. So there are now too many chav kids, neglected by their parents, looking for trouble anywhere and everywhere. Something needs to be done about chavs reproducing.
But anyway, nope I dont think the cane has a chance of working now, just think it would make tbings worse.
