M&S turned its back on its core customer and tried to corner the younger market. I'm not sure younger people want to shop at M&S, there are so many other, better, brands for younger people. And while M&S have been trying to schmooze the young people, the older people, their core customer who has been sadly neglected, have gone elsewhere.
