Definitely not. If you go on a random street here (in America), in Canada, or anywhere else and say "Jade Goody. Do you know who she is?" They won't answer.
A household name here may be this year's American Idol or an infamous celebrity.
Not an international reality star. Heck, people don't know who Leona is.
