I agree with you completely, I could never imagine myself with someone younger than me or the same age, it just wouldn't feel right, I would only want someone who is mature and also, you can tell a lot about a person by how they spent their teens and 20's.
My boyfriend is seven years older than me and his age doesn't bother me in the slightest, he is on the same maturity level as me and that is what matters the most.
