If Shilpa Shetty was talking about her opinions of people she knows, other actresses, etc.. The show will consider bird whistling that out.
During a discussion, there may have been some patronising or other things said, which Jade Goody could construe as being nasty.
Such as?
She would walk out of the room, start talking to Jo & Danielle and have that (angry-Jade) head on.

I can't speculate what may have caused Jade Goody to react that way. But it makes sense that something was said during some edited out footage. But, that is not for me to state or speculate further
