The circumstances are made by the members.

If the member you are referring to is a PR person then by posting against them you giving then the right to reply and state their opinions over and over again. Giving them what they want more publicity to their client. If they are paid to do this sort of work then they are not going to go away. It's their job.

And in any case it is against the rules of the site to insult the other members or not good practice to make accusations against over members you can prove.

People found insulting other members will be warned.
