I know, it is definately true what you say!
Jade said that and there is NO going back on that! She can't take it back. She can't reverse it either.
She appologised too. Shilpa Shetty said that she didn't believe that Jade is a racist person and doesn't wish to make a complaint either.

The police have looked at the televised/edited material and have decided that there is no case to answer!
No prosecutions have been made against them.
If racism had been allowed on the show? Endemol would be in trouble! They are NOT in trouble and that is Case Closed!
