I haven't watched the vid, but I think these people would be good neighbours:
Dappy, because there's no party without Dappy.
Tulisa, because the police would be too busy with them to bother with me.
If Tulisa doesn't count, and she probably shouldn't, then I would like a neighbour like Ollie, to gawp at, but not for conversation.
