RULES
1. Each member can submit up to
4 avatars each.
2. Each avatar submitted must be
created and designed by the member who submit's it. Therefore, you cannot submit an avatar someone has made for you, or one you find off the internet.
3. Please stick to the theme, the theme is quite broad so it should be easy.
4. Avatar's can be
still or
animated. It's up to you.
