Jim has been on a reality TV show before and it didn't go well for him. He knows exactly what to do now to get through; which aspects of himself to keep under control and which to let us see. He isn't being himself. I doubt he can keep it up though - especially if he ever allows himself to have too much to drink. Then we could see the real Jim - it is said he's racist, sexist and homophobic. I don't know this as a fact, as I never watched him on TV or had any interest in him.
